* Handcrafted Nature: Many of our instruments (such as Harmoniums, Dilrubas, Esrajs, and Tablas) are handcrafted. Minor variations in wood grain, color, and finish are natural characteristics of these instruments and are not considered defects.

* Pricing: All prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue a product at any time.

* Errors: In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for the product listed at the incorrect price.

4. Orders and Payments

* Acceptance: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including product availability, errors in product description, or suspected fraudulent activity.

* Custom Orders: Customized or specially tuned instruments cannot be returned or cancelled once production has begun.

* Standard Returns: For non-custom instruments, returns are accepted within 2 days of receipt, provided the instrument is in its original, unplayed condition and original packaging.

* Return Shipping: Unless the item is defective, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs and ensuring the instrument is safely packaged for its return journey.
